The incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to Head of Dynamic Maintenance to doing maintenance of rotating equipment and tools especially for turbo machinery.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Performance monitoring for rotating equipment especially for turbomachinery equipment to determine the maintenance requirement, and spare parts.
2. Originates and develop analysis methods for determine the durability of component, especially on the turbomachinery equipment.
3. Prepare the tools list, spare parts, work pack, and special tools for particular maintenance project especially for turbomachinery equipment.
4. Identify components on the turbomachinery equipment, and prepare the preventive action list to prevent failure.
5. Advise and confers with other disciplines in meeting to give the factors input which is will affect the specific maintenance project.
6. Review, and evaluate subcontractors or contractors proposal for maintenance program on the turbomachinery equipment.
7. Review engineering specifications and drawing from new rotating equipment especially for turbomachinery equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify base line performance of turbomachinery equipment as per site condition comparing to the original design set up.
2. To analyse preliminary plans and develop maintenance program for rotating equipment especially for turbomachinery .
3. To analyse maintenance project requirement for execution preparation the purpose is for smooth project execution.
4. Active participating during maintenance project being executed, the purpose is to control the project.
5. To analyse spare parts requirement for maintenance purpose with considering equipment availability factor especially for turbomachinery.
6. Vibration analysis for rotating equipment especially for turbomachinery.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory
1. Bachelors degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or simila
2. Familiarity with International Standards re offshore applications
3. Relevant experience with Rotating Equipment (5 yrs +)
4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
6. Strong computer literacy and planning abilities.
8. Fluent in English both oral and written.

Desirable
1. Familiarity with condition monitoring and vibration monitoring, and thermograph analysis
2. Familiar with offshore operations including lifting regulations and procedures, and materials selection
